FreeNow – How to get started?
The process of starting work as a Free Now driver has been simplified to the maximum and is limited to only necessary steps. The first one is to submit an application through our registration form and provide all necessary documents.
If you don’t own a vehicle, you can rent one through Flow Apps! We offer fully equipped vehicles for taxi work in Cracow, Warsaw, Opole and Lodz.
Our representative will contact you and guide you through the further registration steps. After receiving the taxi license extract and activating your account, you can start earning!
What conditions do I need to meet?
- Be at least 21 years old;
- Hold a valid driver’s license (for at least one year);
- Provide a medical certificate and psychological tests;
- If using your own car: for segment C (car age max. 15 years), segment B “estate” (max. 10 years), segment B “non-estate” only the latest model (max. 5 years);
- Present a certificate of no criminal record from the National Criminal Register (obtainable at ekrk.ms.gov.pl);
Registration in the system
If you meet all the requirements, register on the Flow Apps Portal and fill in all the required information and attach documents.
Join the fleet
Write to the email kontakt@flowapps.pl and provide your email address, city, phone number to join our fleet. Depending on whether you have your own car or not, car documents may be required.
Contact a representative
To add your required documents, fill out the registration form. After adding the documents, our representative responsible for taxi work will contact you.
Collect the taxi license extract
eceive the taxi license extract from us, which allows you to work as a Free Now driver. The extract is required for taxi work.
